Dozer:

The founder of EFNet's #BodyBuilding Channel. Height: 5'7", Weight: 185lbs, BF%: <10% and dropping. Dozer got back into BodyBuilding seriously about 2 years ago, but was at 30% Bodyfat at the time! Cowie:

Cowie is a beginning bodybuilder from New York. Your classic ectomorph looking to add a good bit of muscle. Has been using HIT training for a while now, and is making great gains on it. He's been on the #BodyBuilding channel longer than anyone except Dozer. Height: 5'11", Weight: 155lbs, Bodyfat 11%.


GymFrek23:

Height: 6'2", Weight: 220lbs. Training method is One-Set to Failure. Been training now for 8 months. Long term goals are: 'To Get Huge!'


Reentry:

Height: 6'0", Weight: 186lbs, Bodyfat 12-13%. Excercises to failure with as few sets (and optimal TUL/rep #s) possible. Long term goal: To get as strong as possible.


Insomniak:

Height: 5'10", Weight: 180lbs, Bodyfat 8.3%, 16" arms. Training for 4 years on and off. Short term goal: 4% BF and an 8-pack. Longer term, 315lbs on bench by y2k (3 wheels).


Heals:

Height: 6'0", Weight: 180lbs, Age: 18. Beginning bodybuilder, lifting since September 1998. Current lifts: Bench: 225, Squat: 315x5 reps in perfect form. Goals: 'Hoping to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger someday."

Height: 5'10", Weight: 175lbs, Age: 19, Bodyfat 10%, from Bangkok, Thailand. Training with HIT for about one month now. Short term goal: Six pack abs. Long term goal: To go naked in Tahiti!


Soda

Moondogg:

Height: 6'0" Weight: 175 lbs (summer) 180-183 (winter) Age:38. From: Springhill, TN. Avid bike rider and bodybuilder in the offseason. Max bench press: 200lbs for 4 reps. "I know it's not much, but hey, I'm a cyclist damnit! :)". Current best time, 10 miles over varied terrain in 27.5 minutes (21.81mph avg). Goal: 22 minute 10 mile run!
